At Dr Paw Paw, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Securely pack the products in their original packaging, ensuring all tags and seals are intact to qualify for a full refund.

  Ship the Package

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in the portal to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
